Small beauty haul.

Hello, from the other side... (I love Adele) Thought I would share some of my newest buys and what I thought of them. I got myself a bottle of TRESemmè heat defence spray 60ml it was  £1 from pound world, I am not sure how much this is in other shops as I've not used this one before but I thought it was a very good buy at only £1, this spray smells amazing, I've not tried it out on my hair yet but I hope it's as good as the last bottle of TRESemmè heat defense spray I had (it's the one that's in a red bottle) I don't use straightners that often as half the time my hair is tied up, so bottles of heat spray lasts me ages. Then I got myself 3 bottles of nail polishes, I have 2 bottles are by maybelline, color show 60 seconds, one colour is pink slip 327 it is a lovely metalic rose pink colour and the other is rose chic 232 which is a sparkly pale rose gold colour. So pretty. I've done my nails and it goes on so nicely and 2 coats painted on each ha

World book day!

Hello, hope you are all having a lovely weekend!  it's that time of year again for preparing for world book day, I'm not sure if it's just a uk thing or worldwide, does anyone else know? Well, we've been through so many characters, it's so difficult trying to find a character that we can do the costume for and also one who someone else might not think of (so many disney princesses and Harry potter characters last year) we thought Alice (in wonderland) is too popular, so are most of the other characters from that book, Harry potter characters are always done by loads of kids, they have already done fairies from the Rainbow magic book series, so has Dorothy (wizard of Oz) and they've already done the mad hatter, little red riding hood, Goldilocks,  winnie the witch and a couple of others over the past few years. We thought about doing Sophie from the B.F.G by Roald Dahl but both of my girls didn't like that idea, I thought of Veruca Salt from Charlie and t

The Peanuts movie.

Hello, hope you have/are having a good Saturday. This morning my two Beautiful Daughters and I went to the Cinema (kids club) to watch The Peanuts Movie, I almost thought we'd be too late, we didn't crawl out of bed until 8.30am and it starts at 10am, my Daughters take a a loooong time to wake up and get fed, washed and dressed. (they aren't morning people, no idea where they get that from ha ha) Well we made it in the nick of time, phew! I was soooo excited to see this movie, it's like a blast from my past. My thoughts on this movie are a little mixed, I thought it was a good  Family movie, and I enjoyed it as did my Daughters (one loved it, the other just liked it a little) but I don't personally think it was cinema trip worthy and so glad I only paid £2.50 each for the tickets. I don't think it helped that the cinema was busy and people were chatting, lots of packets being rustled and such like, (its to be expected at cinema club)  todd
